She expects us to write a two page double spaced essay on Pearl Harbor. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem for me. However, she wants us to write it on so much content that I could probably write an entire thesis paper on it (I wouldn't go that far, but five pages would be nice). Right now, I can't even fit all the required material in two pages, and even then, it looks like 3 different essays copied and pasted together.

Make the text uber small and decrease the margins, then double side it.

This is quite the opposite of what I normally hear. Usually people are happy and just stop at two pages nomatter what.

I love writing about history. Every single one of my AP U.S. History essays was longer than it was supposed to be.

A history teacher that takes points off for writing too much about history, eh?
I would just ignore the page limit and write what you need to write. From my experience they just put in the page limits to get people to actually at least a certain amount. I mean, most of my history courses papers always went over the limit and I never got in trouble for it. |
I had to do a paper on Pearl Harbor and it had to be 5 pages long (double spaced) I got a 100% on it ;)
