My recent discovery has saddened me. Just any other regular day walking to the store 7-Eleven. When I looked at the Rent-A-Game Section to find Call Of Duty: World At War, UGH! Activision disgusts me with them taking my name ideas. Look our game is practically the same.

If you even thought about taking this anywhere, you would get laughed at so hardcore.
Just because COD was released 2 days after, doesn't mean that the name was chosen on that day. The fact of the matter is that you likely stole it from them, since that game was likely 'in-the-making' for quite some time, and there is always previews somewhere. "Shit, you guys, our game is coming out in stores today, we need to run around to all the delivery trucks and write a name on the cases, quick, grab your sharpies!" | |

It's hard to detect stuff like this over the internet, on top of which this being BYOND. It's sort of expected to think people would seriously consider this sort of thing.
