Evening everyone, I'd like to introduce you all to my second art journal (thats right, the Isorath Art Journal isn't going anywhere.) I have recently taken on a second project, with a completely different art style. I could especially use constructive criticism on this new art, since its in a different view as opposed to Isorath. This new project has an interesting setting, taking place during the cold war era. More information will probably be released by my partner at a later date. I would also like to thank the person who randomly nayed every single one of my posts, for whatever reason.
New things you may notice: Different bases (base, basepistol, and baserifle, all of which have no features), asphalt, brick walls, sidewalks, crates, and a roof tile.  Something tells me the men in blue's current predicament does not bode well for them. Like my work? Become a fan. As always, I am open to constructive criticism and suggestions for my art. Top down fighting? Reminds me of one of darke sabers games.. can't think of which at the moment. Excited! It looks very real (as far as pixel art goes for BYOND, anyway)!

It's pretty good. I see you've gone for the Birds Eye view. But I would say you should fix the blue men if you had not told me they were men I would of taking them for something else.

Well as for the Nay part the same thing happens to me, but as for the game I like the art except the view. I dont like the Bird's Eye view. But it's going well so far. Another Action game, the competition is getting larger.

Roleplay or Action, I inferred it was a shooter. Sorry if it isn't. But if it isn't what is it?

Well, the guys at the top look like hunchbacks. You need to make it less of a hump and more of a leaning sort of thing.
The shape of the heads doesn't look quite right for the green guys either. The icons are also somewhat undetailed, but that's not such a big issue | |
