So my boy Rockit and I are signed up for this contest. We went last night to check out some of the artists and they suck. They all rap about money, ho's and the usual crap that make most people hate rap music. I truly understand why people say, "Rap is crap". It's because of idiots like Soulja Boy, Lil' Wayne, and such that make the rap game garbage. Rockit and I are here to save it. More so, Hip-Hop. At the contest they judge the winner by loudest crowd response to the performance. So we gotta bring like, at least 50 people to support up to get to the final round. There are 2 rounds total. This is hosted every Wednesday until April 23. The prize is $500 and a 3 song demo with Jive Records. I have a good feeling we will win because of the junk I hear on stage. I'm not saying we are the best, but we make REAL music. We don't rap about stuff we don't have. Anyhow... I thought I'd post this just for kicks.
