This issue has been resolved.
Right now, when a subscriber use a Runestone to teleport from an obelisk to another, the Runestone breaks instantly.

I tried this twice, both with an old Runestone that broke, then with a new one, which broke on the first use as well.

I have no idea if it does the same with a Runecircle, as I ran out of Hazium to try it.

I have no idea if it does the same to non-subscribers either.
