So I started doodlin' in Photoshop CS4. Be warned, I'm a very odd person. That and I didn't use a reference for any of this. Was just practicing seeing I haven't sketched in a while. So the Anime characters look retarded. (And no, I do not watch Naruto or any anime at the moment actually) And I don't like to draw main stream style. I like to do their characters my own way.

Not really. I didn't even have CS1 or CS2, stayed with 7.0 because it worked for me.
If you're happy with it, stick with it. http://help.adobe.com/en_US/Photoshop/11.0/ WS9D1876FB-1856-4f6b-B5C1-DE02ACF42B92.html If any of that interests you and might help you, then it's probably worth an upgrade. I went from 7.0 - CS3. Only real difference to me was the interface and the Warp tool with transform. Though never hurts if you want to stay up to date with software. | |

Seems to me that Cs4 was made focusing more on "3d modeling edits". I don't understand why they just don't add 3d modeling itself. It's already the perfect art software.

In this CS4 package do you get everything such as Photoshop, Fireworks, DreamWeaver. Aftereffects, Flash etc...?
