Lol well anyways number one was kinda fun, but GTA: IV Smashed the hell out of that... think number 2 will be able to compete with GTA: IV??

GTAIV will beat Saints Row 2 (or any other game for that matter) simply because people love GTA.
As far as a straight comparison goes they're actually two pretty different games. It's like comparing Halo 3 to Call of Duty 4, they're both FPS games so they're going to overlap in a lot of areas but for the most part the developer had different goals.
