Well, we ran a little multi-player test for speech bubbles the other night. We were communicating quite well, aside from text being cut off every now and then. I got those bugs worked out, and took some suggestions. The bubble re-arranging is limited, but it definitely helps when mobs are overlapping their speech texts. As always, I can never just fix a bug, I have to add some neat feature, and here you go... portrait underlays of the creature doing the talking. I also fixed the bug with goblins causing people's text to no longer be displayed. It was an issue with refreshing speech bubbles in conjunction with displaying jibberish speech bubbles. Let's hear it for Maeva Fad #2: Goblin Hat!
Sexy bubbles! Though, the 's' looks a lot like an '8'.
Yay! crashed it right! how about you look at my Ware8! =) but the bubbles are pretty "sexy" per say.... this is going to be a great game from what I have non-responsively looked at on your blog ;P and red is sexy... much better then green!
Well, the S is only as high as a lowercase letter should be, so it doesn't look that much like an 8.

Nice work with the speech bubbles! I need to check out this game sometime, it sounds sweet.
