So...
After busting my ass at Wal-Mart for the past 3 years, my department manager indirectly tells me today that she thinks I am worthless.
In fact, the statment looked quite relative to this:
"In my eyes, everyone in this department is pretty much worthless"
Weird thing is, is our job description states that in electronics all we are to do is clean, zone(face), and help customers(customers being number one); yet my department manager cares more about frieght being worked, rather than customers being helped. Usually it's not too big of a deal, but we're hitting a very busy point in the year due to all the flooding down here in Iowa. Sales have average at us being up at least 65% a day in electronics alone.
So now I have come to a crossroads: Quit, and get a new job, find a new job then quit, or keep suffering at the not-so-amazing world of Wal-Mart.
What to do, what to do...

Quit, then crawl back to your department manager pleading for your job back.
