Ill be holding a contest on nick's server on Wednesday, the contest is sandbox, and whoever builds the best base, gets the prize:

cannot be just one empty space
needs to serve some purpose (like a storage facility or engine etc)

Oh, I haven't played SS13 for a while. But I am assuming the sandbox mode allows you to create your own station.

No you will have building materials and object spawning will be toggled on.
