On this rip, DBZ Inflicted Soulz (note how the "z" gives it more flare and uniqueness), they have the following notice:

WARNING: Yes this game contains open/released source code, I'm sorry if you used the code don't hate me for using it as a structure to reform, as your source code was stolen / released just as well before you recoded it. 90% OF DBZ games on byond are stolen / released source code, and the original code started off with Zeta I believe. I've been on byond for 6 years, so if you doubt my ability to create a game that is your own ignorance, and you will be banned if you make any slander or comments towards explicit and or rude comments towards the game.


I love it. He comes right out and says that it's a total rip, but then says you can't mention it and that you're "ignorant" if you say he can't make a game.

It is really despicable how idiotic some of the people that "make" fan-games can be.

Very true. But I always wonder how they get a good player-base when they can hardly fix their bugs or properly recode the sources to make it more efficient. I assume you all know how crappy all the released sources are.

They get many players since those players are as clueless as they are. But I would not call it a good player base. In my opinion, a good player base could be a few players but they atleast have common sense.

I have only been on BYOND for four years now(almost five) and I would NEVER use ripped source to make a game(well, at this point in time/future times)..... Also, it's not slander... It's liable(however it's spelled) when you write false information about something...
