Well, I already had dynamic icons, so I figured, hey, why not make them a little MORE dynamic and add some combat stances depending on weapons. I forgot to include my two handed weapons like greataxes and quarterstaffs in there, but if you want to see them, come play Maeva! If you're wondering about when I'm hosting it, you can contact me on AIM. I'm going to try to get in the habit of running a public test every weekend, but if you REALLY want to test along with me, I do a lot of testing during the week as well. The multi-server support is getting a little more robust. I'm planning on intergrating economies today, so different servers can intelligently react to changes in populations and supplies, which they used to do from a single server environment. I'm also planning on doing work on a seperate character creation module, which will allow players a LOT more customization, from everything to starting location, to skills, to starting equipment. Basically, everyone will get 20 skill points, and 100 gold to build a character with. I'm planning on adding racial perk abilities soon too. (dwarves get special hardiness bonuses, elves or humans can choose to be exceptionally attractive, orcs can be fearsomely grotesque, halflings can be more naturally sneaky) I hope to add gnomes back in soon, I'll just have to make some portrait modifications. My girlfriend has been making some more icons as you can see, she did an amazing red dragon. This one actually is a particular red dragon with some story behind him. I also included the picture of my elven assassin to show off cloaks in portraits. Anyways, I'm off to work! |
