This is definitely a weird concept and probably too off the wall to end up coming out as a good game. Sure everyone thinks of their favorite hero crossing over and beating the crap out of people form other universes but I wouldn't have thought of this. Still though, I guess it has potential to be a decent game (there won't be fatalities and few blood) but look at how Marvel Nemesis turned out..Luckily, I didn't buy that..

I don't know how weird the concept is. Isn't it just teaming up the licenses that compete with Street Fighter and Marvel? Those two worked together for multiple games.

I see where you're coming from but they didn't really detract from either fighting series to combine them to make Marvel vs Streetfighter. Mortal Kombat as we all know is full of blood, spine ripping, spike impaling and etc(which is supposedly not in, but I doubt the game is even playable yet) but with people like Superman and Batman who haven't really had their own versus fighting games. I guess time will tell though. In my opinion, it just seems like a weird mash up on par with maybe GI Joe versus Power Rangers..

It's just a video game...
It doesn't matter if Superman or whatever have not had a versus game. All the company is going to do is give each character their trade mark moves, throw them in the game, and boom, you got yourself a Scorpion V.S. Batman game. All I have to say is...if Mortal Kombats sick ass fighting system gets screwed up and ends up like the gay ass Marvel vs. Capcom fighting system...there's going to be blood...everywhere...leaking from whoever made the games house... ...that is all. | |

What good is a mortal kombat game without being able to rip off someone else's body parts? I'd love to watch Bruce Wayne's spine dangle from the hands of Sub-Zero. They should just do everything in their power to give everyone the true 90's dream match up: Street Fighter II Vs. Mortal Kombat.
