This issue has been resolved.
Why does it take chakra for SJ? I think it should be : When you run out of Stamina then it will deplete from chakra.

The reason being is because Kiba in FoF can't SJ ..and SJ is a big part of this game. I don't know if you wanted it like that or you knew it was like that...But it is .
