You are constantly saying I played your game for years, then calling me a hypocrite for saying you are doing it wrong this time around. It doesn't make me a hypocrite, it makes me a veteran to the grindfest games. Therefore I have a foresight for this sort of game.

I have seen the horrors of grindfest games first hand, and I know how horrible they are(because I played gekisen for four years, remember?).

Think of it like this: A man works for four years for a shipping company that goes under due to inefficiency. A couple years later the same man joins another budding shipping company who is just getting off their feet. This man would have a valuable foresight to share with the budding company on how to run the company more efficiently. Does this make the man a hypocrite for going against the old(and obviously flawed) methods? Certainly not!

fortunately we evaded the meditation, stump kicking, pbags and training sticks that are present in every single other anime game in the guild. And we dont have an issue with EZing.

And Riva, you can insult me and it will carry value, however everytime you call me an idiot, you become the greater idiot whos played my byproduct for 4 years. Hell at least i learned to code from making gekisen, and i didnt spend as much time making it as you shinobi kids did playing it. Crazy how things are.

And oni, i understand what your trying to say. Truthfully in hindsight i would have spared a few prospective projects the critisism. WOTS got critisized by me only because I was banned from the game by an overzealous GM (Trohan) for simply stopping in to say hi. WOTS probably does not deserve the critisism, even though it does represent a milestone in byond anime that i believe we have passed, like a kidneystone, the era of pbags passed, the era of stump punching has passed. With it all the rips it spawned by its sloppy security of its source will also go out of style. This is my hope, I still have hope, i have hope for BLN and FOL and busters new project,

There are some people doing some worthwhile things here, but i believe byond is failing because people take credit for their accomplishments before they accomplish them, and then they lose all motivation to achieve that. On top of that, with the death of the pager as a public domain and the complete inactivity of the anime guild... Its no wonder why people wont commit more than 5 hours total to an anime game (rip).
