Before I switched internet services, I simply entered the ports to forward under virtual servers and it worked for my wired connection. Now with my wireless connection, I can't seem to get it to work by setting up a static ip and inputting the ports nor just by inputting the ports. Can someone help me with this? I've followed the portforward.com guide and it hasn't worked for me(I can connect to thei nternet, but not host); I've tried multiple ports also in the case that they were in use so I'm not sure what is the problem. It's pretty pitiful not being able to host. '-.-

I actually was trying to get it to work earlier today. My problem was the DNS server wasn't showing the actual one and it was appearing as the Subnet Gateway or whatever it's called. It said you could call your IP and they can tell you it, but I'm not going through the trouble. I wish that PFConfig thing they got was free...

1.Put IP Adress into the Address bar in your internet.
2. Type your username Blank and your password admin 3.Untick the box that has something to do with blocking games or something. 4.Next if you have Linksys go over to Applications and gaming if you have something else find a tab thats like Gaming or Applications or anything to o with gaming. 5. Put the first on BYONDHost1 put the port and blah blah next if it says protocol put both and then if you have a box next to it press it might say Enable or something.. Your welcome =] ~Dhielan |
