In order to use these you have to the developer console active. You can find out how to do this at any of the cheat web sites.
What you must do is set 'sv_gravity 600' to 'sv_gravity 5' and 'sv_friction 4' to 'sv_friction -5'. Once active, they will only be implemented on yourself. In order to make them active on everyone else, save your game, and reload at the same spot. Once you do this set 'sv_gravity' and 'sv_friction' back to normal.
Unfortunately, at each load point, the game autosaves and set everythings grav and friction to yours. Just reset the gravity and friction back to 5 and -5 and reload. Then adjust again.
I found it fun to go to the level 'Highway 17' and go to the place that has the crane to move your buggy. Once you move the buggy, go inside and kill all the combine soldiers. Then go back outside and set 'sv_cheats 1' (to turn on cheats), then set 'noclip' (to make you float and pass through anything) and 'notarget' (to make enemies not target you) and spawn creatures with the 'npc_create npc_[namehere]' (the creature names can be found at cheat websites). If you make creatures like many different types of zombies, and several Antlion Guards, the battles are fun to watch.
Warning: Do not use 'npc_create npc_stalker' the stalker will appear, but if killed, it will cause the game to crash.

Yeah, I love PC Gaming. Thoes console shits can do any of that. Some fun things I liked to do is in the start level when you walk through the door, is spawn an air boat then run over all of the guards. XD I noclipped and found the bad guy in a small room outside the level with a camera entity pointed at him, thats how they did the screen thing. Another fun thing I liked to do, is spawn the way cool gun to pick people up in the last level, then spawn TONS of different things and pick them up with the uber gravity gun.

I still like consoles mind you, but there are good PC games.
I found out, in the opening cutscene, when the Gman is talking and the pictures of Black Mesa and the Citadel are shown behind his face, if you search the area with 'noclip' and go outside the walls, you can enter the places that show up behind the Gman's face. | |
Garry's Mod makes it way easier todo this. >_>

I downloaded Garry's mod, but the maps won't load. It gives me an error, then sends me back to the main menu. When I try to reload it gives me another error, then shuts it down.
