That's right, it's happened with icons, and now it's happening with portraits too! A lot of variation with a little bit of work. People will be able to customize their hair color, styles, eye color. A lot of things can happen that will change your characters appearance, as well, and now it can be reflected in your portrait. Evil characters may have more of a sneer while good characters will smile. When someone becomes a zombie, the zombie will look like them, instead of just a generic looking zombie mob. Downside is most mobs will look similar in position, upside is... everything else ;). Let me know what you think!
