GOA does end up feeling just like other games. Yes the skill trees are nice and so forth and you can have variation, but the training in it is extremely boring. It all comes down to regenerating chakra / health in the end so what is the point of putting up a fight, it is better to come closer to losing without passing out and to run than to stand and fight.

The longer you last without dying the more experience you will gain, if you dont put in your full effort youll be killed and end up in a hospital where youll lose out on experience gain.

Well, honestly, Dan does take things to heart, but GOA is his brainchild as he puts it, and its like you are directly insulting him. Personally I also like gaining exp from.

Him being insulted over someone disliking his game still doesn't make it anywhere near an ad hominem. The ironic thing is that he put a ad hominem in that very same post that he was complaining about it.

But you have to take dmg or use chakra in order to gain exp o.0 So wouldnt just spamming attacks and letter someone hit you then running be the bottom line o.0

Idk all I did was in dojo as a Haku, drop down water floor, make a clone, stand on top of the clone, use ice needles on the clone to dmg myself then ice explosion then, then regen and repeat :P

I dont see the incentive to do that to yourself, considering there are other players in dojos who youd have more fun fighting with. Not only that but getting money from missions is fairly important, and you need pvp skill so that when wars/chuunin exams come by you can actually stand a chance.

Yaaa Evan is right about the punishing but once you realize Dan didn't have time you should of also took your time and not played as much as he did. Grahf Me Mattzz and others realized Dan wouldn't punish those and quit long ago. I went back recently to see what has changed and I'm waiting for version 1.10 that has the new content.

However, Evan you were NOT one of those who could take someone 30 lvls up, 15 at most in good conditions, but definitely not 20 or more. Act like the pwn players in the game aint read byond topics and lie like that lol

Also, Rugg you use to complain about things in GOA even in Alpha. You complained about how people murdered you in some of the most common ways, yet people like Grahf, Me, Myst, Bet, and others countered it and you never seen us die to it. Ya always use to run away when you was gettin owned so I can see why you feel that way about builds. However I don't see the point in your past posts about raikiri being to strong. Ever since Alpha any projectile weapon > Raikiri, and if they had iron skin , you just use any other jutsu that was ranged. The only common build right now in GOA is the sword rfx and Bet's Kaguya that was copied and mimic'd but people know how to destroy it.

The game known as Naruto Grand Online Adventure is like this:
PvP: All about counters and attacks, lvl only matters once its 20+ so yes if you suck at fightin quit bitchin and go fight people around ya skill till you get better
Missions: Gather a group of trusted COMPENTANT players when doing B rank missions(Assassinations) This is where people who are intelligent shine and can make a lot of money to get a lot of supplies
War: This is a war do you think people will act fair and not hide and attack you when you are alone?
Raids: Be smart, don't act like ya can own anyone at any time because the system is made so if you're at a certain wound point you'll stop healing and even a lvl 5 newbie with Great Breakthrough can rape you.
Builds: All builds have a pro and con, you just need to be versatile and have fought against many people to know what is the best way to dispatch somethin

That is why right now it is boring, all games no matter how its done will be repetitive. Its how interactive and the new faces that changes a game from boring to fun, as well as any new things that might drive people to focus on another goal. For example, an instance.
Nice page.
