Finally, I'm home! I've spent the last week, starting with Thanksgiving, stranded at my parent's house. Apparently my car's cam-shaft gave out, and it's more expensive to replace (have to take out the engine, time and labor, yada yada) than to purchase another car.

I'm driving an old piece of junk at the moment; it may not even last me through my first week at my new job. Here's hoping nothing gives out before I have enough cash for January's rent. At least I'm back home where clean clothing and deoderant are plentiful, and I can eat something for lunch besides left over turkey and pumpkin pie. Perhaps I'll even be able to do something BYOND related soon.

My car's cam-shaft gave out last year, but it cost us a lot less to fix it, apparently.
