If I had hosted files on my page when my membership expires, will I be able to access them again if I renew my membership?

Yes, but you may need to contact somebody when you do renew your membership. When mine expired and I renewed it wouldn't let me access them right away, I put a post up on the members page and magically I was able to. So I'm assuming somebody will have to allow you access.

It's all automatic, it's just not immediate.
