Searching for Staff!!!

I'm making a Witchblade game, and i'm looking for staff, all from coders through iconners to turfers.

What's the different between an "iconner" and a "turfer?" Essentially, I'm guessing they both make icons. In that case, you'd want a pixel artist.

Heh, true, as far as i know the turfer specializes in turf icons such as grass and dirt and so on, while the iconner specializes in mobs and objs icons
