How does one go about getting the Windows version of BYOND 4.0 on Ubuntu?
It's driving me mad.
Also, I found out my Space Pirate game had also gotten corrupted, so I need to start that from scratch. And since the Linux version of BYOND doesn't do graphics(if it does, nobody told me), I've been extremely bored.

On a side note, anybody know where I can download Lucky Star or The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya dubbed/subbed episodes?

Well, that solves half the problem!
Awesomeness, I thank ye.
Do a search for some kind of 'Virtual Machine'.

Personally, I don't see much point in migrating to Linux if you're just going to set it up to run Windows. <.<

I can't find my Windows disc, and I want to finish that durn Space Pirate game.
However, I refuse to do it with the Linux version of BYOND, since it does not do images.
I can get DM to work, but DS is rather problematic. For some reason, I can't get DS in 4.0 to work. I normally just use VNC to connect to my Windows machine while I'm on my Linux laptop when I need DS.

1) Because of Linux's security: you want to give others access to your PC being confident that they won't be able to access any of your files.

2) Because of DMCGI: you want to host a DMCGI website with Linux.

3) Because of the graphics: you want to just the k00l l4y047 0f 71n4x!1111 OMG ITS SO KOOL (Note: this is sarcasm.)

4) Because you want to get more control over your OS (and ultimately get confused with your newly found powers).
