I've just finished eating a leftover of homemade seafood dinner of fried Tilapia (fish) and two clusters of boiled crabs, all cooked by my godsister. My mom made some of her infamous garlic butter and we all (my mom, my god sister, her daughter, and I) all had a blast at my godsister's place yesterday evening. I piled myself a plateful of what was left and dug into it for tonight's dinner. Mmmmm-YUM! :)

Right now I'm snacking on some of Kellogg's Smart Start. Healthy Heart cereal with oat bran, potassium, and low sodium. Doesn't that sound yummy!
