See, this is proof that everything is all a matter of perception...

All I said about rap is that I don't like it. The rest was about those two guys who both proved their lack of human value in the past in ways that have nothing to do with rap. Yet... it was perceived as "hate" against rap. Perception.

And if you think it's just rock and rap that are having it, think again! Way back in the "Grease" years, it was Rock 'n Roll vs Disco, and it'll go on and on. It's different POVs clashing, plain and simple. And no matter how much you hate it, it's gonna keep on happenning and happenning again.

And arent you a great contributor to it. Why did you feel you had to come in here and state you didnt like rap anyway? This thread was very obviously meant for people who do like rap. And guess what, Your post was offtopic. It was asking which you prefered, not if theyre interesting, or if you liked rap.

Kanye West is a classic spirited underdog who's now anything but an underdog, while 50 Cent is the classic dolt with a superiority complex who's watching his career fade due to his arrogance.

They will both lose, Kanye is a whiny little brat and 50 Cent is a pompous prick.

I couldn't care less for either of them, but a co-worker urges everyone to buy Kanye's new album because of the 50 Cent quote that said he'd quit if Kanye outsold him...lol (he hates both of them, but is willing to support one if it knocks out the other)
