Apparently, Teradiscs have been created and can hold 20 times a maxed out Bluray disc. They also last 50 years and could be on sheleves in two to three years. Seeing as how more space would obviously mean more could be done(ie. bluray for ps3), what do you think could be accomplished with it? Damn though, I never would have thought so much could be on a disc this early(just the other day I saw a terabyte flash drive for the first time at Bestbuy 0_0)..

Yes, but how much will it cost is the real question. People were bitching when they heard that games were going up $10 bucks. I can't imagine these costing the same amount, but I doubt they will cost much more.

Yep but all I can think of is huge movie compilations on one disc..But say they charge $1 per movie, that'd be over $200..XD I don't think I could even ever use that much space if I tried..

Uhm... 1TB of space on a disc? :/ Man, you'll need a large hard drive to hold that..
[An average movie is 700MBs] |
But is it HD quality.. so much space like that... sounds like there craming in nothing but low quality into it
