I've started having a slow internet a couple of hours ago. I tested it using testmy.net, a website that can test your downloading and uploading speed. I got 8388 Kbps or 8.4 Mbps (1024 kB/s) for the downloading speed. Still, my internet runs slow. What could be the problem?
