Is it possible for Tom to become a millionaire off of BYOND? I mean, think about it. BYOND is only getting better, and the community is no doubt getting larger. I think we can all agree when I say BYOND is in its baby stages, because obviously within the next few years there will be tons more added to the system. If this community gets a lot bigger, and about 66,667 people buy a BYOND Membership for $15, that would mean Tom has mad $1,000,005. I can see that happening. Not to mention how many more prizes that include winning a paid BYOND Membership that will be given out during games with a much larger community, and also free donations.

=/
Only $13.26 goes to BYOND, and part of that is for server and bandwidth costs (and I'd assume utilities or rent or whatever they need for their office).

[Edit]
Also, 66,667 is multiple times more than the current amount of people on BYOND.
Only one problem with your numbers: We can never get 66,667 members because that's well past the 65535 members limit. Perhaps when BYOND 6.0 comes out they'll up that.
Is the 65,535 members limit a joke? Only reason I am asking is because I find it kind of weird that they would have a cap for BYOND Members.
Yes, it's a joke. -_-
Wow. Just wow.
I do not think they do this for the money. Is Byond incorporated? Is it still Dantom? Who primarily manages and owns it? (Not the site/programming but like the tax and federal stuff)

For it to grow that large, it would become a lot more impersonal and a lot more like an actual gaming company.
if google bought it out then yeah maybe

otherwise of course FUCKING NOT
k
Sure, it's quite possible! And I hope it comes to pass.

I like your CSS!
