That's sorta the point, you buy the cards and work with what ya get. Then you get more.

Heres my Idea?

Did Joey? Yugioh and the rest get every card they wanted? no. Same with the rest.
You duel players for cards/buy the cards :D Makes the game more fun..

I think you should start with no cards, but alot of cash. cards should cost more depending on rarity, so very common - 100 common - 200 uncommon - 250 rare - 300 very rare - 400 ultra rare - 500
or as an option(you can pick to buy cards by packs or single)
you can buy packs, packs will save you cash(like you get 5 cards and 2 are free) but what you get is random.
as an added bonus, you could make it so the card sellers have different cards and types of packs every half hour.
