Read the "Known Issues - None Bugs" section, and tell me honestly whether you would define any of those as anything other than bugs.

The All-Seeing-Eye server thing isn't a bug. It's something that I'm pretty sure they do with all games.

Yeah, a lot of those look like bugs to me. "Won't fix" bugs are still bugs.

Yeah; it seems like they're equating "does not halt gameplay/can be worked around" with "is not a bug."
