Byond 516 refuses to load

I have... Over the better part of a week tried damn near everything. I have purged my folders of byond entirely. Triple checked that I have the bootstrapper. Entirely purged one drive off my PC. Reinstalled again and again and NOTHING is working. Hell I even tried removing specific parts of the launcher to get it to try and fix itself. Nothing at all is helping me get past the "Loading game info" black box. The hub itself just wont load.
Context.. Im on a windows 10 OS. All my drivers are up to date. And I don't have one drive.
Sorry if this comes off as hostile but my frustrations have been building over a week now.

Rickoshay	Are you connected to a router wirelessly? Tried port forwarding? Disabled firewalls?

Sammy nekos	I tried both. Neither are working for me. Edit. I am now 2 weeks into trying to fix this problem... I have still had NOTHING that's fixing this. Does anyone know of any external programs other then One drive that could be interfering? I already uninstalled that entirely

Lummox JR	Do you have any kind of network drive mapping involved? Usually when BYOND is stuck on "Loading game information" then it's because of permissions with the folder, and OneDrive and network mapping are the top reasons that happens.
