animate() sync with client commands

The animate() proc now has a command parameter. (To use it, you MUST compile with the newest version.) The command, if specified, will run at the end of the given animation step. This can be used for sounds, for instance.

This issue has been resolved.
It'd be nifty to support synchronizing client events with animations.
