This is a short-term message for anyone in Argentina who's had trouble reaching the site or the hub. You'll probably have trouble even seeing this post, but if you can, this may help you.

Recently it appears something in Argentina's Internet providers got broken. Their DNS provider is causing people's connections to fail. If you can't reach BYOND, this is what you need to do:

1. Report the issue to your ISP. They need to make changes on their end.
2. Once you've made the report, go to your computer or router settings and change your DNS provider to something else like a public DNS server. You should be able to find instructions for this online.
3. If you're on Windows, you can reset any DNS caches by typing "cmd" at the start menu and then typing "ipconfig /flushdns". You'll also need to close your browser and reopen it.
