Animations initiated by verbs (without sleeping at least a tick first) didn't send until after the map tick, resulting in them seeming to have started earlier. This was mainly noticeable in games with higher client.fps than world.fps.

server animation calls occur on the same tick but after mapsend happens, which leads to them starting at the wrong time on the client
