Yes, it's still active. BYOND really only has the one guy at the helm and he's been extremely busy pushing out a new update, so it might be possible that he hasn't gotten to support emails, especially depending on how big of a priority they are to him.

Have you tried posting on the forums for help with your issue? Perhaps the community can lend a hand.
Oh, I see, yeah, I tried but deleted it after seeing no response. It's something related to my account, I wanted to change the old email for security reasons. I'll wait for byond support response anyways. Thanks.
