PLEASE HELP!!!!!! Cant host and port forward doesn't help

BYOND Build Number: 490.1109
Operating System: Windows 7
Video/Graphics Card: Intel® HD Graphics
Game Hub/Link: Varies because of Port Forward
Internet Connection Type: Wireless router
Firewalls/Routers: Windows firewall

Problem Description: Whenever i try to host my game,I either get a message from dream daemon saying -
BYOND hub reports port 61011 cannot be reached by players.

A firewall or router may be interfering with your connection. For information on hosting worlds through a firewall or router, please visit BYOND Help or portforward.com.

or whenever i do get to work, I cant connect to it via pager or website. And before you say anything, Port Forwarding does not work no matter how many times I try it. I have also disabled the firewalls.

Steps to Reproduce Problem: Get on Dream Daemon and try to host or go to the website and try to log in from there.

We need more detail. Do you have a firewall? If so, did you made exceptions to allow BYOND to be hosted?

Yeah i have a firewall, but i have allow Byond and Dream seeker/daemon through it and disabled the firewall when that didn't work
