DUEL MONSTER GENESIS CANT OPENNNNN

Firewalls/Routers:off line firewall at both

Problem Description:
it doesnt enter the game, its just says: connecting to byond\@#$4 idk the ip, but its load for like an hour and still wont open, its not downloading resurces! what to do?

mines show a yellow screen wit white spots and it doesnt open

yup. yellow screen. it just keeps saying "Looking for Save File...Player Records." i've let it sit for 2 whole hours and it doesn't log in. anyone have a fix? has anyone tried to reach Eternal Duelist Soul about this yet?
