It is advised to avoid pressing "Chat Mode"!
There is currently a bug in switching to a different chat modes, when you switch to the public chat mode, the AI stops responds until a server restart. (Unsure if logging out and back in on an online server might be a fix).
This is a major feature allowing users to chat with each other in a chat room or privately one on one with the AI, although this feature does not interfere with the main function of the application, it is one of the feature that enhances server functionality and user interactions.
Ignoring the "Chat Mode" button, although disables group chat room mode does not fully hinder user communication, messages can be exchanged by right clicking a user in the "Users" tab and click "Whisper".
This will be fixed in version 5.46

After testing and locating the bug, no files need to be deleted, a simple restart of the application or server is all that is needed.

Chat mode is saved individually for each user in their own BYOND "username.sav" file in the "users" folder.
Delete the users folders to reset personal user settings and statistics.
If you are not the server admin, whisper the admin in AdamAIChat or send them a message to the server admin via BYOND to delete your "username.sav" from the users folder on the server.
