Not sure, but I heard Windows 7 has had a lot of problems with BYOND, I'd suggest posting the report on http://www.byond.com/members/?command=view_tracker&tracker=1
Also:

(Steps by Lummox JR, on a different Bug Issue, This would surely help them though.)
