Been a while since I played, what's the rules to play MLAAS again? Is multi key allowed? Can I transfer funds or TP between characters? Thanks

Transferring between characters used to be a no-no, but using multiple accounts isn't. With the golden locker that changed.

What about transferring items and yellow docs in golden locker? Is that allowed?

If the golden locker allows it, sure, but there are things it won't let you store.
