Unknown freezes during gameplay

Good day. Playing on one of the servers I encountered the problem of freezing when shooting, fighting, etc. What could be the cause of this problem, my hardware:
Asus N751JK
intel-core I7-4710HQ
RAM 15.1 SODIMM DRR3 1600
VIDEO: GTX850m 2gb

This is mainly due to the sound being loaded into memory, so the game freezes while playing sounds of gunshots, punches, etc.
Unfortunately, I don't know how to fix this :(

We where having similar problem recently, it was caused by some bad effects code. Blur filters that only needed to be applied once was applied 20+ times...

You should probably report this to the maintainers of the server you are playing on.
