I've tried adding a comment to a few games' discussion pages, and I get "You are no longer allowed to make comments on this game." instead of the edit box. I can't edit my own messages either. This started yesterday, I think. What gives?

Every game I've tried to do so on. Every one of them is an example. Anime games, RPG games, games not in official guilds. Tried testing on a few random games as well. No dice.

Could you please clear your browser's cache and cookies, then retry on Isorath?

It appears that this have been an (unfortunately) necessary measure to stop the spamming that was going on and getting out of hands. Thus, the functionality has been restricted to members only, but is being reworked.

A little while back the hub comments were restricted to BYOND Members only to avoid spam. However this was not a change that was just made the other day.
I'm not sure why you'd be seeing the message you are however. There must be something in the logic that's getting confused. I've got a fix lined up that should make the situation clearer. Lummox JR | |
I'm not a byond member. It's not supposed to not allow me to comment. The error was that I was allowed.
