BYOND(440.1018) Error: failed to open server port!

Operating System:Windows XP Home
Video/Graphics Card:Nvidia Geforce 6900
Game Hub/Link: None
Internet Connection Type: 54 mbps, comcast.
Firewalls/Routers: D-Link I-524, Spyware Doctor, Windows Firewall.

Problem Description:I can't connect to the BYOND Pager and I have tried all that I can think of and it's really pissing me off.

Steps to Reproduce Problem:Static IP/ Port forward. Reinstalling. Added to firewall.

Are you sure that you have only one firewall running?
You might want to check your running process list.
In most every case, this is a problem with a firewall.

How could I let BYOND bypass my firewall? I've added ports, and exception list, and added it to my anti-virus, but it still won't work.

That would be the way to d it, just that this happens different with every firewall.
Did you try to temporarily disable it and check?
