CANT GET MY BYOND HUB WORKIN

Problem Description: i cant play on byond period cant get on hub and cant connect to no games on the site.

Steps to Reproduce Problem: ive reintalled like 7 times did not work.

yes i have evertime i click on it its sayin it had encounterd a problem and need to close. i have deleted my cathe folder already its still giving the problem.This has been goin on for days :(

Okay, when you uninstalled the game, did you delete the cache and the entire BYOND folder as well?
