Hey I need help bad. I tried to host a game and I got this

Ok I got it to where I'm hosting a site now..but now NO One can join...someone told me I need to have my ports open and such. Well I dont know what I"m doing so if ANYone can help me I will be in your deat!! I need help and fast plz get back to me as soon as you can. Thanks If anyone can help me at all heres my router info.

Although networking is rather complicated, most problems involving connecting to or hosting a game can normally be pinned down to a user not having exceptions in their firewall or not forwarding ports in their router.
