Byond Problem 4.0

Problem Description:When i click on Join on any games, the Opition and Messnger show but it show blank and i cant even play it..and i close it and check the error and these two are the error...Dreamseeker.exe.mdmp,appcompat.txt
and i did unstall it and download the 3.5 classic but for that one no window of opition an messnger wont show...so any help?
might be a virus but i already scan for a virus and there is no and i did once with 2 different program..
