Just wanted to let new aspiring developers know that this is no longer updated and fails to install.

Tho also to any aspiring developers, unless your aspiration is specifically to be a SS13 modder, don't use BYOND. This platform is long-dead under-powered impossible-to-distribute garbage (ie see all old downloads being broken 10 different ways).

Have the AI teach you Unreal Engine 5 instead, or just wait another year and it will write entire video games as easily as it writes term papers now.
