Ahhh! There's your problem! Windows ME is the devil!
Joking aside. I'm not really sure out of all those which would cause an error like this. When the error comes up, is (like in Windows XP), Windows ME able to produce a bug report full of a lot of jargon as to why it wont work? -- Otherwise, the only option I can think of, is to disable Hardware Rendering. When you try to connect to a game, does Options and Messages appear? |

yes it does and it loads up the game then it goes to like open the game and then it gives me that error on all the games I have tried.

When Options and Messages appears, I want to you go to Client -> Preferences. A little popup should appear with three check box options. I want you to uncheck the third box (if it's checked) and press okay. |
You didn't provide enough information for us to make an accurate assessment of your problem.
Please reply with your:
Operating System
Video/Graphics Card
Direct X build.
All of those can be found by going to Start -> Run and typing in 'dxdiag' without the quotes.
