Hosting a game

I have the concept down, yet I have a problem...

Everytime I open Dream Daemon I get lucky and it opens, then when I click that I want it to open a file for me to host, the dream daemon will simply close itself out (Crash) With no results or any explination as to why it is doing this. I've re-downloaded BYOND A numerous amount of times and it couldn't be my computer, (Fairly new computer). I have 2 different sources of virus protection and not to mention countless number of firewalls...

Thus I think that it may be because I'm running on Vista? If anyone can help please feel free.

The best I can offer you is to go to the Bug Reports forum and post a full bug report following the template exactly. A search on the developer forum shows no sign of this bug being reported before (that I could find, at least).

Alternatively, you can host the game with Dream Seeker. Just run the .dmb file you're given, open up your pager, go to the Control Panel tab, select the game you just opened, Click the "Game Options" button, Go to the server menu and select Host.
