It'd be cool to have some different types of weathering in the game, for it shall add awesome effects and attract more people.
Rain: Slamming down on the floor, leaving drops of water to slowly lift off the ground when hit.
Snow: Blizzard, covering the ground with a pillow of white snow that will allow cars to leave tire tracks and foot prints when touched.
Foggy: A light cloud of fog that covers the screen, not to much fog.

This would be a nice touch to the game. Also how about a 1/100000 chance to get hit by lightning!
